"We recently treated ourselves to a little chunk of artisan cheese. It was a bit of a splurge at $4.27 for the little wedge. While the purchased cheese was delicious, I don't think cheese that costs over $12.00 per pound will be making its way into our diet on a regular basis! I don't have to worry about budgeting for fancy cheese, though. It is super simple to make yummy, flavorful soft goat cheese at home.
